3 Ing. Fernando Clavero Febrero 2012 OUR CLIENT AND END USER EXPLAINED TO US THEIR NEED TO MIGRATE TO A ROBUST PLATFORM THAT WILL ALLOW THEM A “REAL” INTEGRATION AMONG ALL THE COMPONENTS THAT CONFORM THEIR ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PLATFORM INSTALLED AT THAT MOMENT, RBH ACCESS AXIOM V, DID NOT FULLFILL THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

4 Ing. Fernando Clavero Febrero 2012  Lack of auto-supervision of devices such as cameras, controllers, recorders, round controls, integration with bitmaps among others.  Limited support from the Supplier.  Video and alarm integration was not native. This function was achieved through the usage of dry contacts.  The CCTV came from a third party brand therefore there was not assurance of continuity and life time of the system.  The Intrussion Detection System was emulated through a software and not through a Central.

5 Ing. Fernando Clavero Febrero 2012  The platform level of integration was minimal due to the variety of brands involved on the overall solution.  No event discrimination at all.  Any improvement needed to the system installed had to pass through a long and expensive development process to be executed by the Supplier with minimal interaction from the Integrator.
