9 Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) - Central Government Real Estate Agency RVB develops, builds and manages property incl land cooperation with commercial parties such as building firms, architects and farmers contract out via https://www.tenderned.nl/https://www.tenderned.nl/ Aim for adhering to fair and transparent public procurement procedures and professional commissioning practices. 1900 staff in total RVB report to the minister of Housing and Interior

14 Operations Complete map (ESRI) of all land parcels and building IT system that: records all lease contracts and other relevant facts gives warning system when lease contracts expire keeps information on soil quality Frequent update based on cadastre bulk data Check completeness and synchrony Information on neighboring parcels
