4 4 Classified: Internal Use ALLOW 6 WEEKS MINIMUM LEAD TIME Schedule a pre-installation survey to review the following: Contact Coca-Cola Sales Lead/Senior Sales Executive Location of Equipment – Crew counter and if applicable, customer self-service counter Location of Syrup, CO2 and Carbonators in the back room Availability of appropriate electricity, water and drainage Length and direction of syrup line runs, and identification of underground chases Confirm ice maker make and model to ensure correct adapter kit is ordered and installed (if applicable) Pellet/nugget ice is not recommended for use with Bevariety Ice Combo dispensers. Schedule the installation of dispensing equipment This is typically done a few weeks prior to opening after the “rough-in” or installation of counters In order to ‘fire-up’ and ratio valves during installation, all utilities, floor drains, and Bag-in-Box syrup must be available at this time. Physical requirements Availability of appropriate electricity, water and drain requirements Necessary storage space for syrup inventory and space for syrup racks, carbonators, and pump decks Bulk CO2 tank installation including bulk regulator (if required) Sufficient counter space based on dispenser specification sheets in the Appendix section Availability of Product Before the installation, it is extremely important to make sure all syrup brands and CO2 are on site Bag-in-Box products are available in 2.5 or 5 gallon package sizes based on distributor inventory.
