Kaplan-Meier survival curves for 3-month outcome. (C) Functional testing after 3 months; patients have been assessed by modified Rankin scale (mRS). A high mRS score (score ≥3) was found in patients with an enhanced PENK-A concentration compared to patients with lower concentrations. CI = confidence interval; HR = hazard ratio. Figure Legend:
