2 Adding Images Auto Shapes To insert simple shapes just click “Insert” locate for Auto Shape and select your desired shape. You can also make your shapes appear three- dimensional or 3D by selecting the shape after clicking.

3 Inserting Clip Art Here is how you can insert Clip Art in Word:  Click the Insert Button locate “picture” and press then, locate Clip Art Button ( A task pane will appear )  Search for the Clip Art you want.  All related Clip Art will appear in the results.  Double click your chosen image to insert it in your text.

4 Inserting Pictures  To insert a picture, just click the “ Insert Picture Button “  A dialog Box will appear asking you to locate the image from file in your computer.  After selecting an image from the dialog box, just click Insert and the image will be displayed in your document.

5 Sometimes, adding images can affect you layout. Word allows you to customize your images and how they are positioned in relation to your text. This is done through text wrapping.  To modify an image’s text wrapping just click the selected image.  Then, right click a drop-down menu will appear.  Click the Draw button or the “Format Picture”and select the appropriate wrapping style. 6 Activity 7 1. Insert one Clip Art that symbolizes you and tell something about the image. 2. Insert one Family Picture and make a story board about the picture.
