Issues to resolve for advancing SEARCH Data Management How should the data working group move forward with respect to implementing the SEARCH Data Coordination and Information Service? The role of the SEARCH Data Working Group is to define the implementation and other needs of SEARCH Data Management (which include the needs of all three SEARCH activities: observed, understand, and responding to change). It is up to the SEARCH SSC and the agencies to implement the needs that the data working group has identified. The SEARCH data working group has defined a need for the implementation of a central SEARCH Data Coordination and Information Service.
