2. 2 Process of SUGAM P generation Go through the link ‘eseva.jharkhandcomtax.gov.in’. Enter the email id and password and click on ‘Login’ button.

3. 3 Go to ‘Forms of SUGAM & CST‘->‘e-Road Permit (SUGAM)‘

4. 4 Select ‘Form Type’ as ‘SUGAM (P)’ and click on ‘Submit’ button.

5. 5 After clicking on the submit button,It will show all the details related to dealer and Then Click on “Add Requisition” button.

6. 6 Click on the link ‘Click here’ to download the template for SUGAM P

7. 7 Click on download icon to download the ODS file for ‘Request for SUGAM P’

8. 8 Click on ‘Ok’ to save the ODS file.

9. 9 Open the ODS file that you have downloaded.

10. 10 ODS file will open as shown in the following figure

11. 11 Dealer has to fill up the ‘Details of Consignee’ with proper data.

12. 12 Dealer has to fill up the ‘Invoice Details’ with proper data. Dealer can add/delete the rows by clicking the ‘+’ or ‘-’ button.

13. 13 Dealer has to fill up the ‘Transporter Details’ with proper data.

14. 14 Dealer has to fill up the ‘Dispatch Details’ with proper data.

15. 15 Click on ‘Validate’ button after giving all the relevant details in the ODS file.

16. 16 Click on ‘Yes’ to generate the XML file.

17. 17 Give the desired file name as example ‘abc.xml’ and click on ‘Save’ button to save the XML file.

18. 18 A success message will appear in the following screen. Click on ‘Ok’ button to continue.

19. 19 Click on the radio button for ‘XML Upload’. Give the Mobile no. in which the message will be sent. Click on the Browse button, select the respective XML file and finally click on ‘Submit’ button.

20. 20 Dealer will submit the application. Data will be saved successfully and acknowledgement No will be generated.

21. 21 Click On acknowledgement Number, then following acknowledgement receipt opens.

22. 22 Go to Forms of SUGAM & CST-> Status and View e-Road Permit SUGAM

23. 23 Select the Form Type as ‘SUGAM (P)’ and click on ‘Submit’ button. Sugam (P) list will be shown in the following screen.

24. 24 Select the respective radio button to generate the PDF version for the SUGAM(P). Click on ‘View PDF’.

25. 25 Click on ‘Ok’ button to view the generated SUGAM(P) Form.

26. 26 SUGAM(P) Form will appear as shown in the following figure.
