3 Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management Purpose Code of Public Local Laws § 2-13-5(a) requires:Code of Public Local Laws § 2-13-5(a) requires: “… [T]he county shall construct any such system or extension thereof only after a public hearing held by the board, after giving notice thereof in one newspaper of general circulation published in Frederick County at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. At the hearing, a description of the proposed improvements shall be presented together with the estimated costs thereof and estimated revenues to be derived therefrom …”

4 Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management Purpose: History/Status of Linganore Water and Sewer Projects In 1998 the BoCC, in concert with the Lake Linganore Conservation Society CDA road project, began the process to provide water and sewer service to all previously recorded lots in the Lake Linganore PUD.In 1998 the BoCC, in concert with the Lake Linganore Conservation Society CDA road project, began the process to provide water and sewer service to all previously recorded lots in the Lake Linganore PUD.
