Contractor Starts/Onboarding VMS Provider Program Team works directly with supplier to validate and ensure onboarding compliance of each worker and notifies required parties. Time Sheet EntryWorker enters hours weekly in VMS Tool no later than Monday at noon. Time Sheet ApprovalManager approves hours weekly in VMS Tool no later than Tuesday at noon. Worker Termination Manager takes Terminate/Cancel assignment action indicating appropriate assignment close reason, comments and ensuring accurate end date is identified.

Interface with Suppliers VMS Provider Program Team assists managers in managing communications with the suppliers directly and responds to normal operational questions. Managers can still contact suppliers as needed. Supplier Performance Management Enterprise wide supplier performance management with established SLA’s, metrics and reporting to encourage improvement in the ability of the supplier to provide services.
