10 Closing remarks With a strong emphasis on partnership development from the onset, the PCP is being formulated alongside, and in line with, the national programmes of key partners. Both national and international actors have demonstrated outstanding support and great interest in joint project development. As the first middle-income country of the PCP programme, UNIDO’s technical support is closely aligned with national priorities and targets to multiply national capacity to drive productive diversification. 10
