It included political cooperation like mutual support for the consolidation of democracy and the ending of rivalry between Argentina and Brazil.

5 3. Representative Organizations ▶ AU(2002) African Union was made of two organization, the Organization of African Unity(1963), and the African Economic Community(1994), not only the economic cooperation, AU regard also its important task as reducing conflicts. ▶ EU(treaty on EU in 1992) European Union was started from the federal movement after two World Wars, became developed to EU gradually. It is regarded as the most proceeded organization having progressive integration both in economic and political sides.

6 3. Representative Organizations ▶ ASEAN(1967) (the Association of South-East Asian Nations) it was reaffirmed the special principle that mutual respect, non interference, and peaceful settlement of differences as a new way of peaceful diplomacy ASEAN + three (China, Japan, and South Korea) was established in 1992 It has new vision to have ASEN Security Community, Economic Community, and Socio-cultural Community by 2020. ▶ APEC(1989) the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation was formed on the principle of open regionalism. ‘the desire of the non-Asian states of the region to consolidate links with the open market-oriented economies of East Asia’
