All of the information entered into the quote is transferred to the Sales Package. Fabrikam’s Sales Operations team is notified to let them know that there is a Sales Package waiting for completion and submission. All it needs is a few extra details to complete the package consisting of the MPSA, Purchasing Account, and order. As soon as the package is submitted the quote turns into an order as well. There was no need to submit an order separately.

Your Purchasing Department will be getting a call shortly from our Operations team to complete the rest of the details and purchase order number. Bernard (Contoso): Thank you, that was quick!!
