2 OVERNIGHT PEAK FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 17 th June 2012 (WEEK 25) Slight PUT losses were reported for all demo’s this week except 5+ where PUTs grew 2%. 25-54 had the least YOY decline (down 0.5%), while the younger demo’s had marginal difference both down 2% YOY Against AP 5+, Saturday had a the highest YOY growth of 12%, and Thursday also showed growth of 5% YOY Source: Nielsen TAM. 3 OVERNIGHT TV ONE HIGHLIGHTS AP 25-54 TV ONE’S overnight audience experienced a weekly growth this week to an 8.9 rating, and a share growth to 23.4%. Yearly, both rating and share increases were reported. Weekly, Sunday had the highest growth driven by all shows after 7pm – particularly Siege. Year to date, TV ONE’s average audience is sitting at 8.0, compared to 9.2 in 2011. Three shows were in the top ten programmes this week. 4 OVERNIGHT TV2 HIGHLIGHTS AP 18-39 TV2’s audience declined this week to a 9.2, as did share to 28.5%. Year on year, audience and share losses were reported. Tuesday night reported the highest weekly lift of 19% with The Middle and Suburgatory, improving performances week on week. Yearly Monday and Friday reported lifts. TV2’s average audiences year to date are sitting at 8.5 compared to 9.6 last year. Nine of the top ten programmes this week were on TV2.
