9.  Before & after course questionnaires: ◦ Revised Michigan Diabetes Knowledge Scale; ◦ DESMOND end of course evaluation?; ◦ Or Conversation Maps evaluation?;  These assess the attendees satisfaction with the course and it’s quality;  Electronic anonymised clinical data will look for improvement in clinical outcome measures;  Value for money assessment – ongoing funding;  Reports after: 2 sessions; 6 months & 12 months, to monitor progress and adjust programme based on course facilitators and attendees input.
