3 Highlights of last 3 months Tank cleaning completed by end of Dec 2015 Cleaning of space next to compound with JCB – done in Jan 2016 Waste Segregation drive completed. New collection vendor is collecting waste on daily basis Fire extinguishers installed – one per floor Intercom – wire relaying and last mile fix complete for 75% of the flats(~50k spend in last 3 months). Desk SIM phone installed at Security as a backup Pending ones will be completed in the next quarter Uproot big trees causing load and seepage in the passage to D block - completed Miscellaneous “Visitor Vehicles Not Allowed” – board installed on front gate Rat catch drive initiated in basement Mesh installed at back of B block to prevent snake entry Gym equipment maintenance done in Feb (pending 1 thread-mill error fix)

4 UDATES ON ONGOING INITIATIVES BWSSB Dues Notice : BWSSB has officially acknowledged the due as Rs 3.74 lakhs (vs 9.5 lakhs) with a revised notice received last month. We have further written to Cauvery Bhavan to revise the calculation to 2.7 lakhs and they have routed the matter back to local AE. Final round of discussion pending with local AE to agree on the amount and close the payment. Ramesh, Vice President is following up on this. Sewage/Road/Street Lights on approach road: Have got assurance from local cooperator on our road being included in this years budget. Sampat Rao(President) is continuing follow ups to make this happen. Association Renewal: Will need auditing of books by CA and formal renewal annually. Pending activity will be taken up by Pradeep/Reghu

6 Painting and Seepage Fixes Apt External Painting in Q2 2016 : (Assn Initiative Owner – Jay Pandya) 70% of owners have paid the painting charges. Request pending 30% to pay immediately to help commence painting (listing in last slide) Gym painting done on sample basis in Feb Plan to commence painting from 1 st week of April so that we can finish it by June before rainy season Request all owners with Pots in their balconies to dismantle them (specifically the ones in higher floors causing muddy walls) Seepage Issues: Common Areas/Basement : Sample taken up by vendor at the basement center. Will be done in a phased manner in parallel to painting Individual flats : Currently only grouting and plumbing issues upto 1k per instance taken by resident handyman as decided before.

7 Conservation Initiatives Electricity Conservation Decentralized the basement and corridor light switches so that corridor lights can be independently switched off earlier in the morning All new bulbs being procured are LED bulbs except the towers near compounds(since LED bulbs cant be properly installed inside the dooms) Can explore options to install Solar panels in future (based on installation cost coming down/ROI etc. Currently 1 lakh for 1 KW installation) Water Conservation Water bills are around Rs 75,000 per month Will be initiating fixing water saving filters at kitchen and Utility points shortly Ref Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wA-PH7Cn31Ihttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wA-PH7Cn31I

ICC T20 Finals: 3 RD APR 2016 – Screening and food/snacks arrangements Suggestions Backlog from previous meeting Additional points which came up to be added to the to-do listing Periodically check water quality for portability (e.g. once every quarter) Talk to individual flat owners on encroachment/addition of grill extensions Clear Marking for 2 wheelers parking so that they are not parked near lift entrance Take stock of vehicles in the basement. Need to check on unattended vehicles Introduction of rental for additional parking spaces being used by residents Get a listing of all flats which are rented to bachelors Come up with Apartment bylaws for renting to bachelors (also on use of common areas not allowed for external folks) Look at introduction of penalty for late payment of maintenance Get the security person to go on rounds beyond 10 pm and notify any flat with high decibel noise Introduce a cap on number of folks per flat. E.g. 4 for 2 BHK and 5 for 3 BHK - add to bylaws
