6 OverarchingGoal 3 Instructional Leadership Outcomes The WA State Fellows will collaborate with state, regional, district, and local structures to build coherence in supporting effective implementation of the WA State Learning Standards (CCSS and NGSS), by focusing on shifts in instructional practice to increase student learning. Educational Communities The WA State Fellows will support educator practice and adult learning by modeling and encouraging self-reflective, intellectually engaging and collaborative learning communities for all. 13 ACTION RESEARCH WRITING – PRE/POST There are two sections included. The first is simply numbers of students achieving each score level on pre, and then on post assessments. All students can be included that took either pre and/or post. 17 FELLOW APPLICATION 2016-2017 Washington State Fellows Network application timeline is April 11 th -May 16 th. Fellows in the PSESD region will engage in conversations and professional learning opportunities surrounding, for example,  Eliminating the opportunity gap,  Leadership that addresses racial inequities,  Race and pedagogy, and  Agents of social transformation.
