7 FOH Benchmarking Project Benchmarked Integrated Health Management Services (Jan - April 2011) Purpose: Support development of a more integrated comprehensive approach at FOH Eight organizations were benchmarked, representing service providers, insurance companies, and private corporations.

8 Key Points: o Senior management support is critical to success o Data needed from a variety of sources o Must partner with a variety of stakeholders Key Recommendations o Create a strategic vision of Integrated Health Management o Develop a comprehensive set of metrics o Develop a multi-disciplinary approach to Integrated Health Management o Integrate prevention into existing surveillance programs FOH Benchmarking Project
