AMC1 FCL.740(b)(1) Validity and renewal of class and type ratings The amount of refresher training is determined by the ATO, taking into account:  Experience of the applicant  Complexity of the aircraft  Time lapsed since expiry: o <3 mth: no requirements o <1 yr: min two training sessions o <3 yrs: min three training sessions o >3 yrs: initial training (7 yr. for IR) 12 af 21

16 EASA orientering Informationsmøde 18 APR 2012 Additional Ratings Flight Test Rating FCL.812 - Holders of a pilot licence shall only act as PIC in category 1 or 2 flight test, as defined in Part 21, when they hold a flight test rating. 16 af 21 (NPA 2008-20) Category 1 – Flights to determine or expand the flight envelope. Category 2 - Display flights and demonstration flights of a non-type- certificated aircraft. - Flights conducted for the purpose of determining whether there is reason-able assurance that the aircraft, its parts and appliances are reliable and function properly.

18 EASA orientering Informationsmøde 18 APR 2012 Part-AOR ORA.GEN.200 Management System (a)The organisation shall establish, implement and maintain a management system that includes: (1) clearly defined lines of responsibility and accountability (2) a safety policy; (3) the identification of aviation safety hazards and the management of risks; (4) maintaining personnel trained and competent to perform their tasks; OR.GEN.210 (a)Accountable manager (b)Compliance manager (c) Sufficient Qualified personnel OR.ATO.210 (a)Head of Training (b)Chief Flight Instructor (c)Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor 18 af 21 AMC1-OR.ATO.210 – ATO other than LAPL/SPL/BPL/PPL 5. The ratio of all students to flight instructors, excluding HT, should not exceed 6:1. AMC1-OR.ATO.210 – ATO other than LAPL/SPL/BPL/PPL 3. In the case of an ATO offering intergrated courses, the HT, the CFI and the CGI should be employed full-time.
