4. It can be easily reached by highway, by train and by plane, from Palermo or Catania airports. The area in which our school is situated is rich of artistic-cultural sites (Greek theatres, ethnic-historical museums, Arabic-Norman castles, beautiful churches) and of a lot of manufacturing firms. From a historical and artistic point of view, there are a lot of possibilities to enjoy interesting and beautiful places. 6. The economy of the territory can be defined mainly as agro-zootechnic, even if it is also productive in other sectors, such as the thermal and the tourist ones. Our school target is to educate all-round individuals and specialized technicians. 8. In our school there are lots of laboratories: multimedia-linguistic lab, several informatics labs, chemistry lab, physics lab, technology lab, and mechanical lab. There’s also a conference room for up to 200 people. 10. Our school is also authorized ECDL Examinations Centre and TRINITY English Centre. Sports such as table tennis and checks are also of great importance for our students.
