2. The dates of your ceremonies should have already been emailed to Ms. Stewart. You should have already ordered all graduation regalia for graduating seniors. Regalia is distributed at induction ceremonies.

3. List of new members was due MARCH 1 ST. Club folders will be checked tomorrow, March 11 th. Club Officer Elections for 2016-2017: – Every club should already have new officers for the new school year. – Start training new officers ASAP so the transition will be easier.

4. March 17th 1pm in the Gym TEAMS: DECA, NHS, French, SGA, Ingenium, C/O 2017, ONE, Pantherettes, 3 Teacher Teams $2 entry fee ALL funds will go to JDRF!

5. Important Dates: – Packets will be available March 28, 2016 – Packets will be due April 1, 2016 – Campaigning is: April 4, 2016 – April 15, 2016 – Speeches Shown: April 11, 2016 – Voting: April 20, 2016 during Lunch

6. Wednesday, April 30, 2016 At the picnic you’ll enjoy an all-you-can-eat BBQ, snow cones, cotton candy, a rock-climbing wall, a live DJ, and lots of fun! If you are a Senior on the Panther Package your ticket is included. If not, the cost of the trip is $40 (cash, credit card or online payments). Students are allowed to wear Dress Code appropriate shorts/shirts. Students are allowed to bring athletic balls (footballs, soccer balls, etc.). WHERE: C.B. Smith Park WHEN: 9:30 am - 2:00 pm Payment Deadline: March 16th

7. Both Middle and High School Students: – Thursday, March 17, 2016 9:00 am – 12:15 pm (Early Release Schedule) All CLUBS MUST PARTICIPATE! You received a map when you signed in. You should be practicing already what your club is planning to preform! – Music MUST be on CD or flash drive, and turned into SGA Due: March 14 (Monday of next week).

Appearance of Tent: *Creative display *Neat, well-organized *Uses space well with props, decorations Presentation of Country’s Facts: *Banner with country’s name clearly written in front of tent *Flag is displayed *Detailed facts about the country *Authentic artifacts/pictures Authenticity of Participants: *Students dressed in native clothing *Students can greet others in native language of the country Food: *Tastes good *Authentic to chosen country Theatrical/Dance Presentation: (NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES) *Creative presentation *Entertaining *Authentic to culture

10. ORGANIZATION IS ESSENTIAL You have to continue to update your folder with two meetings per month. The last set of minutes are due in May. We are always checking your folders on a regular basis. – Update you bulletin board/folder or you will be fined.
