6 In 1969,Darpa,A US defense organization created a net of computers called DARPANET, which was only used in the army. Later in 1984, NSF started NSFNET, which make it possible for universities to use the system as well. NSFNET is so-called “Internet”.

7 The World Wide Web is also a computer network. It was invented by an English scientist named Berners-Lee. We can get information from millions of websites via Internet.
