4 THE TEAM  List CEO and key management by name  Include previous accomplishments to show these are people with a record of success  Summarize number of years of experience in this field

5 BUSINESS CONCEPT  Summarize key technology on which your business is based  Proprietary position  R&D plan  New Product development  Regulations/Governmental/Societal issues

6 OPPORTUNITIES  Problems and opportunities:  State consumer problems/opportunities (existing market or new market), and define nature of product/service opportunities created by those problems.

7 MARKET SUMMARY  Market:  Define product  Customers: why would they want to buy your products: benefits and costs?  Competitors: who and what are the differences between your product and theirs?

8 MARKETS  Market Size  Trends  Marketing plan: advertising, promotion, customer decision environment  Geographical coverage: where do you want to sell first? And why?
