6. A t present, EgyptERA is formulating a draft set of agreements to encourage private sector participation in power generation through establishing bilateral agreements.

7. T he consultant shall assist E gypt ERA in:  drafting contracts between the transmission network, distribution networks, consumers, and generators for the use of network in exercising Third Party Access rights including “Distributed Generation”.  developing contracts for “Non-continuous Supply”
