4. 4 FY17 Rollover Good News Old way Graduate Worksheets needs to be completed and sent to Systems Control. New way Use Manager Self Services (MSS) and process changes and extensions for graduate students. Yes!!! These transactions will be effective 07/01/2016 or 08/15/2016

FY17 Rollover Deadline Dates 5 May 12, 2016 - Discretionary pay changes for PPE May 22, 2016 May 31, 2016 – Last day to submit account extension for grant accounts ending on 06/30/2015 June 6, 2016 - FY17 Position distribution tool available June 6, 2016 - FY17 Temp and Perm RBC’s available June 30, 2016 - Position distributions must be approved for PPE July 3, 2016

6. More Deadline Dates 6 June 15, 2016 – FY16 Perm RBC’s due to the Budget Office. These RBC’s affect FY17 original budget. June 24, 2016 – FY16 Temp RBC’s due to Budget Office. These RBC’s affect FY16 budget. July 1, 2016 - Fiscal Year 2017 starts

7. University Moratorium 7 Pay Period’s Affected - May 23, 2016 to June 30, 2016 No discretionary pay increase allowed for any employee What employees? Staff, Appointed, Student Workers, GA’s and TA’s regardless of funding Request for discretionary pay increase after May 12, 2016 are effective July 1, 2016 for Fiscal Employees and August 15, 2016 for Academic Employees
