2.  43 year old Malay Female  OD  blurring of vision,  no redness,  no pain Ocular and General History

3.  BCVA: OD-CF@1ft, OS-6/.5  AC: no cells, no flare, Ocular Examination

4. First Presentation – Fundus OD  retinal haemorrhages and exudates and possibly some retinochoroiditis lesion

5. First Presentation - Investigations  FBC – Normal  Toxoplasma titres:  increased IgM, IgG  HIV- negative

6. Diagnosis  Toxoplasmosis induced posterior uveitis  based on  clinical picture  serology

7. Treatment  anti-toxoplasma treatment  oral Azithromycin – 500mg stat followed by 250mg OD for 6 weeks  oral corticosteroids – 40mg/day for 1week followed by tapering dose for 6 weeks

8. Follow up –Fundus OD AB C D A: baseline, B: at 2 weeks resolving lesion, C: at 1 month resolving lesions, D: completely resolved with occluded vessels
