11. Written Narrative Applicants must fill out a narrative summary of their agency’s year-round activities in each category Summaries should be no less than 500 characters and no more than 2,000 Every letter, number, symbol, and space is a character

Attachments A qualitative summary for each of the following sections: Problem Identification, Planning, Training, Public Information & Education (PI&E), Enforcement, and Outcomes Your application should have two attachments per category: The specific policies that drove your enforcement for each category
