4. WHY SUBMIT A DISCIPLE MAKING PROCESS? Does it make a difference?  Define the goal / target – eg: how do we define a disciple? How do we make one?  What does the Transformation Tracker reveal about our local church? What are we completely missing and how do we become intentional about it?  Do the programs we currently run lead towards the goal of making disciples?  How do we take a new believer and grow them in the faith? Are we being intentional with this?  How do we develop our disciples to then be a part of making new disciples?
