4 Model Dialogues 1.A: What’s the weather like today? B: The weather forecast says it’s going to rain cats and dogs. A: Is it? No wonder it’s so hot and stuffy. B: It’s good to have some rain now. We haven’t had a single drop of rain for a long time. A: I think so, but I ’m afraid we have to take an umbrella with us when we go out in case we get caught in the rain.

A: What do you think of the weather in autumn and winter? B: Well, I quite enjoy the weather in those two seasons. It’s fairly mild and agreeable in autumn and not very cold in winter. A: what’ s the climate like in your hometown? B: well, we have a climate without extremes because of its altitude.

7 A: what’s the temperature in summer? B: the highest degree is about 28 ’C. A: How about the temperature in winter? B: The lowest temperature is 10’C. A: Does it often rain in your hometown? B: Not very. A: Well, you have a very pleasant weather. B: Yes, we do. A: I hope you’ll get used to the weather here soon. B: I think I will.
