STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: PROSPECTS Textron Systems (US) and the UKROBORONPROM will establish industrial cooperation to modernize U.S. HMMWVs at the Ukrainian defense industrial facilities to the Survivable Combat Tactical Vehicles (SCTV) with improved anti-mine and ballistic protection similar to that of MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) protection.

4. A memorandum of cooperation with the Polish company «LUBAWA SA» was signed at the «MSPO-2015», which took place in autumn 2015 in the Kielce (Poland). We plan to create a joint venture with «LUBAWA» for the production of modern means of individual protection on the basis of one of the Concern’s enterprises. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: PROSPECTS

5. With PCO (Poland) – joint modernization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine armored vehicles, such as BMP-1, T-64 and T-72, by installing thermal-vision sights and modern optoelectronic devices. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: PROSPECTS

7. With «ASELSAN» we use Turkish optoelectronic and thermal-vision devices to upgrading of the Ukrainian armored vehicles (T-64/72 tanks, BTR-3, BTR-60/70/80 armored personnel carriers); Also we worked out the possibility of joint production of thermal imaging devices. 9. UKROBORONPROM is involved with the aircraft An-74 in a tender for the procurement of Fixed Wings Search and Rescue aircraft (FWSAR) for Ministry of National Defence of Canada. There are areas in which our subsidiaries operate in the interests of European customers:  Development, producing and supply for the foreign companies ‘the NATO’ standard guided anti-tank missiles Falarick;  Supply of dynamic protection (reactive armor);  Development (SRDCS) in the interests of the Turkish shipbuilding companies (DEARSAN, Celik Trans), technical documentation for different types of ships, boats and ships, including a corvette project MILGEM, and technical support projects STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: PROSPECTS

COOPERATION WITH INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS COOPERATION WITH NATO  Groups and subgroups of Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD);  Smart Defence projects;  NATO Support and Procurement Agency projects;  Applying of NATO material standards in Ukraine; Joint seminars on the development of Defence Industry of Ukraine (2015-2016): tomorrow we are meeting NATO’s International Staff experts to determine the topics of workshops that will be organized for Ukrainian companies and organizations as NATO support in the defense industry development.

MOST ATTRACTABLE SUBSECTIONS FOR DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENTS  The Armour and Tank Construction of Ukraine has the single closed cycle of production of modern tanks and APC.  Ukraine is one of the TOP-ten of states, able to develop and produce radar navigation technologies and high-accuracy weapons.  Infrastructure of repair enterprises – now it is the basis for additional production lines.  Ukraine has various developments as for modernization of weapons and military equipment samples, including projects for their compliance with NATO standards

14. In the section of aircraft construction - Antonov Company is one of some companies in the world, which implement the whole cycle of modern flying apparatus creation - from development up to serial production and complex after-sale maintenance providing. We suggest to unite the attempts of leading countries in military & transport aircraft development. The basis for that could be:  the programs of military & transport An-70 (An-188) aircraft of short take off and landing;  An-178 new transport aircraft, which could be considered as effective substitution for С−160 European two-motor turbo- prop transport aircraft;  united creation of new versions of aircraft for special purposes An-148/An-158 family MOST ATTRACTABLE SUBSECTIONS FOR DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENTS

THE PROSPECTIVE INVESTMENT DIRECTION  Development, creation and setting of serial production of UAV of different types, avionics' production development and communication channels for UAV;  Development and construction of military ships and civil ships foe different purposes;  Development of element basis, microelectronics, microprocessor techniques, optoelectronic products and techniques.

16. THE PROSPECTIVE INVESTMENT DIRECTION The most prospective, as for the quick returns and profitability, are direct investments in the settlement of production of the system of communication, intelligence, targeting, automatized systems of management, weapon systems (ATGM and MANPADS), barrels, ammunitions, spare parts and aggregates for aircraft and armoured vehicles. Specialized production is always much more effective. Investments in the aforementioned production might be quite attractable. As for strategic direction, the question could be in creation in Ukraine a powerful system of anti-aircraft defence, helicopter production, training & fighting aircraft, artillery systems etc.
