5 Medicare Part B (must enroll) Voluntary  Supplemental Medical Insurance  Outpatient hospital  Physician services  Medical equipment and supplies  Eligible people must enroll—voluntary  Monthly premium based on SS income.  Deductible and coinsurance (established by federal law)
