11 Documents Required: Equipment and General Supplies, Technology (Restricted) : Scenario 4 1- Manual BAR (Equipment/Technology only) -Items Funded, Commitment Item and Budget Item Numbers, -Amounts, Reason, Principal and SSC Chair Signatures with dates, SWP 2 –2015-2016 SPSA Update for Equipment and General Supplies, Technology with signatures and dates 3 – Quote (matching dollar amounts)

18 Utilize the following language when referencing students in each individual description for all Title I Justifications: “At-risk students” or other similar descriptors (e.g.- students performing below benchmark; low-achieving students; struggling students; students not achieving grade level standards.) Utilize Program & Budget Handbook as a resource but individualize your school description The amount of each expenditure item must be the same on the School Budget Signature Form and the Justification Page Insert Goal and SPSA page #.Some Indirect expenditures do not require a supplemental description if they are listed on the Program Justification Page (PJP)

22 SPSA Updates Required:  For new purchases not written in the current 2014-2016 SPSA.  7S046/Title I fund only previous year 2014-2015 SPSA Updates copies along with the new justification for the additional amount only  Purchases that are * restricted and require a pre-approval from FSEP :  Admission tickets (p.A-21, #44)  Contracted Instructional Services, Arts (p.A-18, #21)  Elementary schools only  Must support Tier II intervention for at-risk students in ELA & Math  Categorical Program Advisor, X-Time (Tutoring) (p.A-25)  Intervention Program:  Dates and times  Number of students per class  Subject being taught  Number of hours being requested  Administrator, X-Time (p.A-17, #10) and Custodial Supplies(intervention only) (p. A-23, #58)  For professional development purchases and/or intervention sessions include:  Dates and times  Number of days/sessions  Approximate number of students (intervention only)  For all new equipment (p. A-19, #28) and general supplies, technology purchases (p.A-19, #29), use specific titled SPSA Update for Equipment and General Supplies, Technology * Restricted purchases, refer to Program and Budget Handbook, March 2015 (Version 9-09-15) for additional BAR documentation requirements

28 SMART : Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results-based & Time-bound Describe Key Strategy that will be used to accomplish the School Goal Brief description of the key findings from the analysis of data. Include quantitative data. Identify data used to develop the School Goal
