Woodbridge Senior High School Cadet/MAJ Austin Boyd was selected to succeed Cadet/LTC Anthony Yeldell last year as the next Viking Battalion Commander. “I am from an education family, my is a principal and my mother is an assistant principal. I have been in JROTC for four years and on all 6 of our teams and was the company commander. I attended camp twice, the USAF Summer Program and Boys State. I am committed to the values of justice and honesty above all else. I believe this program can achieve great things with proper leadership and commitment,” says Cadet/ MAJ Boyd.
