29 First off, How is ice cream really made?

30 School-made Ice-Cream! Come up to the demo table and grab things in the order I have them set out. You will start out with your 1 st quart bag. You will put all of the ice cream ingredients in it. Duct tape this 1 st bag shut!! Put this 1 st bag into the 2 nd quart bag. In your 3 rd gallon bag, you will put in the ice and rock salt. Carefully place your ice-cream mixture into this final bag. Grab a towel. Place this towel around the outside. Start shaking for 5-7 minutes. BE SURE to RINSE the smaller bags before you eat it!

31 Home Made Ice Cream 1 T Sugar ¼ tsp. vanilla ¼ c. milk ¼ cup half and half ½ cup rock salt 2 c. ice Put these in the 1 st qt. bag and duct tape shut. Then put this bag in the 2 nd qt. bag Put your smaller qt. bags in the gallon bag with the ice and rock salt
