Words taken from PDE Math Glossary Words intended for grades 3-5 It is assumed that Grade 5 students mastered Grades 3 & 4 vocabulary It is assumed that Grade 4 students mastered Grade 3 vocabulary Words will be included in PSSA Understanding words will improve our students’ ability to problem solve Words are critical for mathematical development
