2.  Introduction:  This project is aimed at developing a system by which the employees in the organization submit the bills to their managers.  The bills could of various types and also of various amounts.  The employee after submitting the bill will automatically provide the manager’s name to which the bill will be submitted.

3.  The bill will pass through a workflow process and the owner of the bill can view the status of the bill at any time.  An email will be sent to the concerned people to let them know about the status of the bill.

4.  EXISTING SYSTEM:  In Banks every activity is handled manually such as reports generation etc.  Here we can transfer the money through online only within the same bank, We cannot transfer the money from one account in one bank to another account in another account bank.

5.  If we want to do this the person has to go to the bank and do all these things.  It is a manual process which is time consuming. Here the client is focused with a problem.

6.  Draw backs in existing system:-  Every activity is handled manually  There is no online transactions between different banks

7.  PROPOSED SYSTEM:  In Proposed System we are concentrating on the problems which the customer faced with the existing system.  By introducing the Bank Global Access System the customer can have a quick response for the services like transaction service, report generation etc.

8.  Here we can transfer the money from one bank to another bank.  To access your account through this system we need a unique number which provides security

9. purpose:  The main purpose of this system is to let any customer to set the GAID (Global Access ID) through web or telephone and provides all other banking services also.  The Global Access ID helps a customer to access his/her account throughout the globe with irrespective to the location  The PI is a unique number, which acts as the “key” for component access

10.  Project scope:  The main scope of this project is aimed at developing a system which reduces work burden of employees of the organization.  Every Organization has some maintenance and budget planning’s.

11.  Expected results:-  Security fast accessing  To retrieve the data very fast  An email will be sent to the concerned people to let them know about the status of the bill.

15.  CONCLUSION:  It has been a great pleasure for me to work on this exciting and challenging project.  This project proved good for me as it provided practical knowledge of not only programming in ASP.NET and VB.NET web based application and no some extent Windows Application and SQL Server, but also about all handling procedure related with “BANK GLOBAL ACCESS SYSTEM”
