5 Exclusive Coverage For Dish Network World Cup FIFA Planet X will produce a series of episodes covering the happenings around the main events during the World Cup in South Africa. The focus will be around life style: celebrations, fans in the streets and in the stadiums, night life, peculiarities, etc. During day weeks, we offer one daily hour episodes to be place in the VOD platform of Dish Network During the weekends we offer two one hour episodes with the best coverage of the week, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. The kick off is proposed to start in May 10 and it can last as many weeks as Dish Network requires. General conditions and economic terms will be submitted upon Dish Network’s request.

6 The World Cup only happens every 4 years and 2010 is a landmark year for South Africa. This will be the first ever World Cup to hit South Africa boosting the tourism, business, and economy for the country. The World Cup will be held in venues and stadiums across the country and each representing a unique part of what this amazing country offers to tourists and visitors. 7 The Official 2010 World Cup Anthem K'naan, the Somalian-born, Canadian-based hip-hop artist ‘s song “Wavin Flag” has been chosen as the official anthem of Coca Cola’s 2010 FIFA World Cup, South Africa program. “Wavin Flag” was remixed and inspired for hope to the people of Haiti. This uplifting song will be incorporated in our final edited video productions of the World Cup. “Give me freedom, give me fire, give me reason, take me higher, see the champions, take the field now, you define us, make us feel proud”

16 Based on various research, polls and surveys conducted there is a consistent view with the following teams for becoming this years world cup winner: Spain – Although Spain has never won a World Cup their forward score goals and midfield provides top strength. Earlier in 2009 they won 15 straight wins and setting an international record. Iker Casillas has been recognized as one of the best goalkeepers in Europe. Argentina – With the best player in the world Lionel Messi along with Javier Mascherano the best defensive midfielder and a number of impressive players they are in the top ranks. 19 FIFA Fan Fest The concept was so successful, some 18 million soccer supporters gathered at 12 official FIFA Fan Fests™ in Germany, with celebrities as diverse as soccer legend Pelé, former US President Bill Clinton and pop star Nelly Furtado putting in appearances. Sometimes referred to as FIFA fan parks, 9 of these facilities will be set up, one in each of the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ host cities, most very close to the official football stadiums. Also participating will be London, Paris, Rome, Sydney, Berlin, Mexico City and Rio de Janeiro. Food and drink with a local flavor will be supplied by the tournament's official sponsors, but, significantly for South Africa, the FIFA fan parks will provide showcasing opportunities for local talent, as well as for local craftsmen to sell their wares. It is expected that South Africans of all backgrounds will join international visitors at these events, making for an exciting cultural melting pot and a vibrant football fan atmosphere. Planet X plans to take on several of the Fan Fest sites and presents itself as an excellent opportunity to gather live footage that will enable us to promote South Africa as a prime destination spot for the Latin American communities. 20 FIFA Fan Fest South Africa Durban - New Beach will be the location, a sandy stretch on the city's prestigious Golden Mile, close to beachfront hotels and a short distance away from the Moses Mabhida Stadium. Some 25 000 people will congregate at this central beachfront fan park, which will be fenced off and secured. Polokwane - The Polokwane Cricket Club will be the location. The venue is just over a kilometer away from the official 2010 FIFA World Cup™ stadium in the city, the Peter Mokaba Stadium. It is also close to the central business district. The convenience of its location means that getting to and from the venue can be accomplished with ease. The infrastructure of the cricket club is such that it requires minimal alterations to accommodate some 20 000 spectators expected to converge on its vast fields, with both seated and standing options available. Bloemfontein - The Mangaung Outdoor Sports Centre is situated in the township of Rocklands, 15-minutes drive from the city centre. The fans at this location are considered to be the most passionate in the country, turning out in bigger numbers than any other side's supporters. Part of the bill will be a 5-a-side football tournament to enable fans to experience the same competitive rivalry that will prevail at 2010 FIFA World Cup™ matches. The Centre can accommodate up to 20,000 fans. Rustenburg – Fields College has been chosen as the venue. The venue has space for 20 000 fans who wish to participate.. The entertainment program will include musicians and artists whose work is representative of the inhabitants of the North West province, in which Rustenburg falls. There will be a strong cultural dimension, with dance and song acts selected to give visitors a glimpse of local traditions. It lies at the foot of the scenic Magaliesburg mountain range, where there are a number of luxury country retreats, adventure activities, health spas, and arts and crafts attractions. 21 FIFA Fan Fest South Africa Cape Town - The Cape Town FIFA Fan Fest™ takes place on the Grand Parade, an historic square that fronts Cape Town's City Hall. This is the location where Nelson Mandela made his first public address on being released from prison. The venue will accommodate 20 000 fans, and the city's 2010 organizers are now in the process of signing up an entertainment program that will celebrate the best of local talent Johannesburg - there will be 2 FIFA fan parks, one in the north and another in the south. The FIFA Fan Fest™ in the north is found at InnesFree Park, a scenic location with rolling hills, water features and the Sandton skyline in the background. Situated on one of Sandton's main thoroughfares, Katherine Street, InnesFree Park is close to the suburb's hotel-dense heartland, and is expected to attract international football fans based in the area, as well as residents from the nearby township of Alexandra with its large football-mad population. It can accommodate up to 10 000 soccer supporters. The second of Johannesburg's FIFA Fan Fests™ will be situated south of the city at the Elkah Stadium, a series of cricket and soccer pitches in the Soweto suburb of Rockville. This venue can host up to 20 000 people and is conveniently positioned next to the Thokoza Park station, served by the city's new Bus Rapid Transport. Port Elizabeth / Nelson Mandela Bay - Located at St. Georges Park, it is the city’s oldest park, and also the site of South Africa’s second oldest cricket stadium. Inside the stadium bowl, there will be both sitting and standing options. The venue has a seating capacity of 17 500 people and the Duckpond Pavilion has 32 16-seat and 5 19-seat suites. 22 FIFA Fan Fest South Africa: Media Crew Advantages Free Admission for Media Crew Members and all who attend; Access and reporting from the venues is free for all media at all times; any media can therefore go to an FIFA Fan Fest to do broadcasts or reports. The only restriction will be on branding, where SABC/or other Media Rights Licensees as Official Broadcasters, will retain exclusivity inside the venue; The Host Cities and the International FIFA Fan Fest Cities may also provide working facilities on-site, which will make reporting easier from the venues.
