High flexibility in terms of LED chain length (Buck/Boost)  E.g. 15 LEDs with 4V each = 60V boost voltage or even more can be achieved  Low numbers (e.g. 2-3) of LEDs are possible as well High flexibility due to integrated gate driver and external switching MOSFET setup  LED currents from 70mA up to 1.5A possible via choosing the optimiced external MOSFETs In case of a load dump pulse the Booster is protecting the application (overvoltage protection) Simple resistor (R FREQ ) can be used to adjust the booster switching frequency Confidential
