21 Final Conference: draft for a discussion EMIC Final Conference – Format Day 1 and 2 Participants are divided into groups formed by 5-10 people each. The activities are divided into 3 different moments. Action 1: Lectures Guests and Lecturers give a speech on some cutting edge issue on marketing and innovation. Action 2: Discussions Every group discusses internally each lecture and fixes the most important ideas acquired. Lecturers pass by groups to join discussions and intervene. Action 3: Business Idea Generation Each group discusses internally a series of business ideas emerging from the group, pick the most promising one, and develop it, till the presentation of an executable business Day 3 Each group presents its business idea.
