7 Security for LionPATH LionPATH will require DUO second factor. http://identity.psu.edu/services/authentication-services/two-factor/ GRADS will continue to use Vasco tokens at this point in time. Hyeyon Bastian, Graduate School ASR, sent request to your ASR’s first week of June. Any questions/concerns?

8 Training for Admissions (Release 1) Program staff and faculty will work exclusively in GRADS. GRADS training will be available in recorded training videos from within GRADS. Timing is self-determined, August 2015 forward. Admission center staff training provided separately. GRADS Demo sessions scheduled for late September 2015.

9 Timing for Admissions Testing (Release 1) System Interface Testing – April 20 to May 1, 2015 User Testing 1 – June 1 to June 12, 2015 User Testing 2 – June 29 to July 10, 2015

10 LionPATH Updates Financial information will be collected as part of changing status to Program Offer. GRADS functionality released in phases: applicant, staff, and faculty. LionPATH “Basic Training” Applications cancel on first day of next semester in LionPATH.
