2 There is some research which says that families who regularly sit down together for meals are happier and have fewer problems. Also children are likely to do better at GCSEs. Why do you think this may be the case?

7 They are preparing a special meal called Langar. We have just shared some food, sitting together as a class. The same thing happens daily at Sikh temples in the UK and all over the world. It’s a very important part of Sikhism – we are going to investigate why?
