2 Heart Rate Pulse = rate at which your heart beats, beats per minute (BPM) Resting pulse – pulse just after you wake up but before getting out of bed Check your pulse by counting the beats in a set period of time (15 seconds) and multiply by 4 Is there a difference between sitting heart rate and standing heart rate?
