3 Executive Summary  Ice Cold Inc. has a main goal of winning the LEAD! challenge. As a team, we plan on doing whatever it takes to meet the needs of the public.  We plan on profiting most from the Gonzaga students, but plan on selling to family and friends as well.  Half our proceeds will go towards our service partner, Providence Hospital.

4 Company and Product  We are working with Eileen Vaughn (Gonzaga Bookstore’s Distributor).  $5.50 = per shirt cost  $15 = shirt selling price

8 Differentiation  Every year, students look forward to new t-shirts as a way to demonstrate their school pride. As of this year, no t-shirt has captivated the students.  Ireland trip and sports – shirts limited to a specific event  Our product- not associated with a particular school event or team and can therefore be appropriate for any Gonzaga activity.  Sales strategy- sports events, alumni meetings, mixers, bookstore  Half of our profits go to our service partner.

9 Service Our Service Partner – Providence Hospital While at Providence Hospital, IceCold Inc. will be doing various tasks such as typing, filing, medical supply, working at the information desk, secretarial work, etc. With such a variety, this service partner provides our LEAD! group with an opportunity to what job we are best at. 11 The Team  As a team, we all have the necessary passion and desire for winning this competition. Everyone knows what specific role they possess and have been doing what it takes to achieve our goal.  We are all experienced leaders, whether it is within our different communities or school environment.  Though majority of the group came into this LEAD! program without knowing each other very well, our different qualities of leadership have brought us together to gel as a team, making it easier to accomplish tasks as a whole.

13 Conclusion  After extensive thought, we have reached a consensus that this T-Shirt will be the best possible way to profit most from Gonzaga students.  Only two (2) T-Shirts have been sold this school year, and we figure this will be the best method for paying back the loan, donating half our proceeds to our non- profit, and being able to make enough money for a possible second order.
