3. UNCLASSIFIED 3 APCN is a collection of Africa-centric groups called “Communities of Interest” or COIs. APCN resides within the global APAN (All Partners Access Network) collection of COI’s. Supports non-classified information sharing between organizations and individuals with Africa-centric concerns and issues. What is APCN?
