4 CORPORATE STRUCTURE The company was entrusted by Aimag with selling methane gas: Sinergas provides households and companies with a convenient gas supply service as to prices, quality, contract conditions and a wide range of solutions concerning energy. The leader company manages natural gas distribution, the water integrated cycle (collection, distribution, treatment, drainage), environmental sanitation and public lighting services Leader company The company operates in the plant engineering field. Activities include design and execution of air conditioning and heating systems, fire-fighting systems, sterilisation technologies, water-sanitary systems, civil and industrial installations

5 CORPORATE STRUCTURE The company, born from Aimag’s experience in public service management, provides organizations and companies with know-how about marketing, development of human resources, territorial information and quality systems, for an integrated development of quality/safety/environment systems Tred Carpi operates the only plant in the region for the “environmentally-friendly disposal” of any waste durable good ranging from the so-called white household equipment to the brown goods and the grey ones. Patented, innovative technologies are adopted by Tred Carpi for the treatment of such waste, ensuring a strict compliance with national and community rules
