Winters JUSD o Director goes to market to buy local produce like kiwi, spinach, carrots and mandarin oranges. 94% of produce used is local. 52% of the produce comes directly from area farms. o There is a school gardens for K-3 with tie-ins to the science curriculum. o The daily salad bars are at all schools except pre-school. Using Cafeteria Funds for Nutrition Education Nutrition Education Expenditure Assessment Form (Form SNP 63) –Available in the Download Forms section of the SNP module of the CNIPS.
