4. Drink / Drug Drive Offences ALCOHOL 37 year old male arrested on London Road in Shipston and later charged to court. Disqualified from driving for 27 months and fined £145 with Community Order and Programme Requirement imposed. ALCOHOL 27 year old male arrested on Church Street in Shipston and later charged to court. Disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £382 ALCOHOL 50 year old male arrested on London Road in Shipston and later charged to court. Disqualified from driving for 15 months and fined £586 ALCOHOL 61 year old male arrested on London Road in Shipston and currently on Police Bail. Awaiting results of blood test from sample taken whilst male in custody at Leamington Spa. DRUGS 19 year old male arrested in Alderminster and currently on Police Bail. Awaiting results of blood test from sample taken whilst male in custody at Leamington Spa.

5. Other News… 1.28 year old male from Ilmington located who had been identified as stealing items from Shipston Recycling Centre. Interviewed and admitted to the offences so reported to Court. Jailed on 07/11/13 for 28 months in relation to Burglary / TWOC / Other offences at Gloucester Crown Court. Disqualified from driving for 3 years. 2.20 year old male from Shipston previously stopped riding his motorbike and not adhering to his driving licence conditions. Also found to be in possession of Class A drugs. Summonsed to court for offences and motorbike seized. 3.30 year old male convicted of a shoplifting offence on 15/11/2013 at Warwickshire Magistrates Court. 12 Month Conditional Discharge. £13 compensation and £15 victim surcharge. 4.In partnership with Warwickshire Trading Standards we conducted underage alcohol test purchasing across the area on Halloween. All premises passed with the underage purchaser challenged on each occasion. 5.Warrant executed at home address of 60 year old male from Tysoe. Indecent images of children located on computer equipment having been accessed from the Internet. Male later charged to court and convicted at Warwick Crown on 25-11-2013.

6. Future Priorities - HAVE YOU VOTED? Priority 1: Drug Use / Supply - We will build on information and act accordingly through directed patrols, targeting vehicles suspected of transporting drugs and working with the Magistrates Court to obtain warrants to search properties. Priority 5: Parking Issues - We would conduct regular patrols of the High Street and A3400 running through Shipston at key times whilst also being able to commit further time to dealing with residential parking issues Priority 4: Vehicle Construction / Use / Speed -We would work to locate and seize any offending vehicles where possible and dedicate more time to speed enforcement in problem areas. Priority 2: Burglary / Theft Patrols - We would provide regular patrols to combat criminals who visit our area for the purpose of committing theft and burglary offences. Special Constables would be utilised to provide increased presence at key times. Priority3: Anti-Social Behaviour (including use of vehicles in an ASB Manner) - We would have greater engagement with young people and their parents with a view to reducing incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour.
