Incubation Policy Reviewed eligibility for occupancy at Business Centres › priority to new businesses and those that have been trading for less than three years, and new investors. › Applications that simply “re-house” businesses within Tyneside not normally approved › licensees cannot occupy more than 3 units. › New licensees may remain in the business centres for a maximum of five years.
