3 WI2361 Yield Strength measurement on C110 Back ground During discussion of C110 standardization, 10 ksi range of YS ( 110 ksi to 120 ksi) was decided and balloted. Note : C110 is the first product that specify 10 ksi range of YS Meanwhile, S-S Curve of C110 tends to show upper yield point which cause variation of value. (upper and lower is around 7-10ksi) Due to tight tolerance, a practical resolution for this phenomena is needed.

4 WI2361 Yield Strength measurement on C110 For quick resolution for C110 YS measurement  YS shall be measured at 0.7% Total elongation Long term ; NEW WI Proposal : Investigation of measurement of yield strength for All grade (including C110)
