Day 2—Meter Readings obtained by TDSPs for all ESI IDs involved in the transition to end Losing ROR’s relationship Day 3 – 5 TDSPs processes usage and sends 867_03 Final Meter Reads to ERCOT effective with Day 2 Readings for the defaulting REP. As ERCOT receives these final reads, settlement data is updated in ERCOT’s system From past experience, the small number of exceptions encountered have been handled with backdated transactions that maintain the Day 2 date for REP of Record changes 2
