All Saves should be done to your flash drive (use My Documents\Class today if you don’t have your flash drive yet) Follow the step by step instructions to create the document – Do not print the file until told to do so.

5. Gaps in Documents If the spacing in your document isn’t what you want then you need to check the paragraph settings. 1. Select All (Edit Group) 2. Click on the arrow 3. Check the following: Line Spacing (single) Before (0 pt) After (0 pt)

6. Gaps in Documents A more permanent solution is to reset the default style to Office 2003. 1. Click on the Change Styles button 2. Click on Style Set and select Word 2003 3. Click on Change Styles and then click on Set as Default
